Full View Cetona is located in the southern part of Siena province, at the crossroads between Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio. This region, which includes the Valdichiana and the Val d'Orcia, is covered by large areas of woodland, and is considered one of the most unspoiled places in Europe. A few kilometres away are towns like Montepulciano, Chiusi, Pienza and Cortona, where history has left traces that span from the Etruscan period to the Renaissance, not to mention the cities of Siena, Orvieto and Arezzo. A short distance away are the ancient routes linking the north and south of Italy, the via Cassia and the via Francigena, which for centuries saw great migrations of barbarians, pilgrims, traders and imperial armies. Nearby are hot springs and beautiful pools (San Casciano dei Bagni, Bagno Vignoni) as well as walking trails to the top of the mountain that pass through fields and beech woods.
